Return and Refund Policy

Dear Customer:

We are committed to total customers satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 14 days less Shipping & Handling charge. Please email contact: [email protected] prior to making any return, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your order.

Returns

  • We allow up to 14 days from date of delivery to request your return. After this time period our system will not allow for it.
  • We do not accept returns for: Grillz, Earrings, made-to-order Customs, solid gold orders and Moissanite & 925s Jewelries are non-refundable after 24 hrs since order is confirmed receipt.
  • Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or damaged in shipping.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • Please contact contact: [email protected] for return confirmation and return center address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • When returning items, customers must return with trackable tracking. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.
  • Any promotional gifts or free items must also be included when returning the order. Otherwise, the original price of the gift or free item will be deducted from the refund.

  • For orders included in the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, in order to receive a refund, BOTH items must be returned. If only 1 item is returned we reserve the right to reject the request. We do not accept returns on items bought with earrings in the BOGO deal.

Refunds

Refunds will processed within 7 business days upon the receipt of returned package. The refund can only be issued through the original payment method or in the form of our store credit as you selected.

*Please note, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Lifetime Guarantee:

  • All REDHONE products come with a Lifetime Guarantee. This entitles you to a one-time replacement of your piece should you experience any manufacturing defects. This includes defective bails, defective clasps or stone faults.
  •  If any of the above issues arise within 7 days after receiving the goods, please email contact us : [email protected] with clear images as evidence.
  • This guarantee is voided under intentional breakage, water damage or fading due to wear.
  • Please note, we can only offer replacements of the exact same item that is damaged, we cannot replace it for another item of the same or different value. If your item is no longer stocked, we can offer a gift card in place of your original item, for the original item amount paid.
