  • Generally, regular orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of order confirmation/payment (Except for Custom Jewelry).
  • Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours excluding major holidays. Any order placed in weekend will be processed on the next Monday.
  • Custom Jewelry or Made-To-Order items, it may require extra time(1-4 weeks on avg.) to make before shipping. 
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your tracking number is ready. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your REDHONE Account. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
